Construction Consultation
A construction project comes with decisions that affect every phase that follows. Majestic Construction Group LLC offers paid consultation with Bradford Rainey to help you understand the process, develop a practical plan and ask better questions before moving forward. Whether you are planning a new build, addition, remodel or a project you intend to handle yourself, the goal is to make your next steps clearer.
We begin by discussing your goals, the current stage of the project, your concerns and the help you need. Bring available plans, photographs, measurements and contractor proposals. The guidance is based on the information we review, so accurate details matter. Together, we agree on the scope of the consultation and the deliverables before paid work begins.
Your consultation can include a written project roadmap showing the order of construction phases, decisions to make before each phase and points to discuss with the people doing the work. The roadmap helps you understand what needs to happen next, what can hold up progress and what should be addressed before work is covered or the next trade starts.
We can explain construction methods and material choices, identify common mistakes to watch for and help you prepare questions for your contractor. Guidance may cover framing, rough carpentry, cabinets, trim and other construction phases within the agreed scope. When a question calls for an engineer, architect, licensed trade professional or local inspector, that need will be identified rather than treated as something a general consultation can resolve.
Depending on your project, the agreed deliverables may include a written phase plan, a checklist of questions and checkpoints, notes on options and concerns, or a summary of recommended next steps. Not every consultation requires every document. You will know what is included before you commit.
Support can continue as your project progresses through scheduled question sessions or an agreed follow-up package. The number and length of sessions, the support period and the way questions will be handled are defined in advance. Additional reviews, new project scope and site visits are quoted separately unless included. This is practical guidance with clear expectations, rather than an open-ended promise of unlimited access.
Consultation is a separate, chargeable service. Fees depend on the project, the information to review and the level of support requested. An inquiry does not purchase a consultation or reserve a session. Scope, fee, payment arrangements and scheduling are agreed before the service begins.
Consultation provides planning and educational guidance. It does not automatically include construction labor, contractor supervision, permit drawings, engineering, formal inspections or approval of completed work. Those services must be specifically arranged with the appropriate professional.
